Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. Although we aim to provide an exceptional experience every time, we know things don't always go as planned. Please take a moment to review our policy below.


30-Day Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the following requirements are met:

– The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

– All tags, accessories, and receipts are still included

When these criteria are satisfied and no damage or wear is present, we'll issue a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Depending on the item's condition and return reason, you may be responsible for return shipping in certain situations. Complete instructions will be shared once your return is approved.

Returns not meeting the above requirements may be declined or result in a partial refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items:

 – Personalized or custom-made products

 – Gift cards or discounted sale items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request:

  • A short video clearly showing the condition of the item

  • Or multiple photos from different angles

This documentation is used by our internal claims team to assess the situation and determine the best resolution. We aim to review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Our resolution options include:

  • Slight imperfections or cosmetic blemishes: eligible for a partial refund

  • Moderate damage that affects utility but not complete use: eligible for partial refund or replacement, based on severity

  • Severe damage or unusable product: eligible for a free replacement

If the issue is verified by our claims team, return shipping is not always required and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Deliveries to Apartments or Shared Buildings

For packages sent to apartments or buildings with common mailrooms:
Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered," the shipment is considered complete on our end.

If you can't locate your package:

  – First, check with your building management or shared mail area

–  If it's still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we'll coordinate with the carrier to look into it

Each situation is assessed individually to find the best solution.


Refund Processing

After we receive and review your returned item, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Keep in mind: Your financial institution may require extra time to reflect the credit.
